James Hardie Siding
James Hardie siding is the leading fiber cement board, manufacturer and comes with a 50-year, limited transferable warranty. James Hardie siding is completely rot and insect resistant and perfect for Long Island where surrounding waters increase salt and moisture in the air, tending to accelerate deterioration and discoloration of traditional siding materials.
James Hardie siding is made to replicate wood lap boards and shingles. James Hardie siding comes in many colors and is accompanied by a 15-year warranty on the color finish. Its fiber cement composition is fire-resistant, able to withstand severe storms without damage.

LP SmartSide Siding

LP SmartSide, a manufacturer of quality wood house siding, is designed to emulate the warmth and aesthetic of traditional wood, offering a cedar grain or smooth finish. LP SmartSide offers one of the most competitive warranties on the market.
Those concerned with the environment will be pleased LP SmartSide siding is more environmentally friendly than vinyl or cement siding options. Requiring little energy to produce and since LP siding is made of mostly wood, it is recyclable and can be reused.
LP SmartSide is made from wood fibers coated with wax. The strands are bonded with resin and other materials including Zinc Borate for protection against insects and rot.
Maibec Shingles
